I too tried to find what else to put in the personal info. Also some information such as ZIP code are probably limited to a different country and they don't accept my zip code. I have this task 55% done.

Why do they need all of our personal information anyway? Ok someone said they just filled in basic info so I went to give it a try. I was shocked, they are asking for blood type?????????? There is NO reason they need the address where you live, no need to know where you were born, where you work, what education you have, or any of the other private information they want. And, definitely don't need your blood type. Honestly makes me worry about security.
